Prices and delivery

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Ontario HST is 13% and is shown separately at checkout. Review your chosen size, package, quantity and final total before submitting an order.

Shipping is free to verified addresses within the GTA, including 5-inch foam mattresses. Ontario destinations outside the GTA and unrecognized addresses require a delivery inquiry before ordering. Delivery outside Ontario is not currently available.

Manufacturing and payment

Manufacturing begins only after payment has been independently verified. Allow approximately 10 business days for manufacturing, followed by additional shipping and delivery time. This is an estimate; confirm delivery arrangements with us.

Never send card numbers, banking passwords or Google passwords through our contact form or email. A transfer screenshot is not proof that funds have been received.

Comfort exchanges and your rights

Eligible mattresses may qualify for one comfort exchange within 21 days of receipt, subject to the full Returns & Exchanges policy, condition requirements and stated fees. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory rights concerning defects, misrepresentation, cancellation or delivery.
