Made Fresh for Your Order

Because every mattress is made to order, your mattress is not pulled from stale warehouse inventory. Once your order is placed, it enters production and is prepared fresh before delivery or shipping.

Typical timing

Production typically takes approximately 7–10 business days before delivery or shipping. Timing may vary depending on order volume, product selection, and delivery location. We may contact you to confirm delivery details.

GTA Delivery

Local GTA delivery is included on eligible mattress orders and is built into the local customer experience. Once your mattress is built and ready, we will coordinate the delivery timing and details with you.

Outside-GTA Delivery

For customers outside the GTA, delivery may require a regional rate confirmation or custom shipping quote. Rates may vary by location, mattress size, and order details.

Prepare for Delivery

A clear, accessible delivery path helps your mattress arrive safely and efficiently.

  • Clear the delivery path before arrival.
  • Remove old bedding and obstacles.
  • Make sure stairs, hallways, elevators, and room access are available.
  • Confirm that someone is available to receive the mattress.
  • Inspect the mattress on arrival before setup or use.
  • Keep your original paperwork and receipt.

Old Mattress Removal

Old mattress removal is not currently guaranteed as part of standard delivery. If this service becomes available for a specific order or delivery area, it must be confirmed directly with Northern Lights before delivery.
