Mattresses are made fresh after your order is placed and payment is verified. Manufacturing takes approximately 10 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping and final delivery take additional time. Manufacturing and carrier delays may occur. We will communicate order and delivery updates. Your statutory cancellation, refund and delivery rights remain unaffected.
Current delivery coverage: Ontario only. Verified GTA destinations receive Free Shipping Within the GTA. Ontario destinations outside the GTA require a shipping quote; no online payment is collected for those inquiries. Delivery outside Ontario is not currently available.

Because every mattress is made to order, your mattress is not pulled from stale warehouse inventory. Once your order is placed, it enters production and is prepared fresh before delivery or shipping.

Free Shipping Within the GTA applies to every mattress, including 5-inch foam, throughout Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel and York. Enter your full delivery address and postal code at checkout. If your GTA address is not recognized, request address verification from your cart so we can correct the coverage gap. A missing database record does not create a shipping charge. Once your mattress is built and ready, we will coordinate the delivery timing and details with you.
For customers in Ontario outside the GTA, a shipping quote is required. No online payment is collected for a quote inquiry. The delivery quote depends on the destination, mattress size, and order details.

Old mattress removal is not currently guaranteed as part of standard delivery. If this service becomes available for a specific order or delivery area, it must be confirmed directly with Northern Lights before delivery.
